SHIFT Remittances API Version 3.8.2#
SHIFT API enables seamless integration between partner systems and the SHIFT core remittance platform. Through a standardized interface, partners can initiate remittances, retrieve transaction information, monitor processing statuses, manage customer-related data, and access supporting reference information required for remittance operations.
The API is implemented as a SOAP-based web service and is described through a file. The WSDL defines the available service operations, request structures, response structures, and communication protocols used between partner systems and the SHIFT platform.
Communication with the API is performed using SOAP messages over secure HTTPS connections. Requests and responses are exchanged in XML format according to predefined XML schemas supplied by SHIFT.
These XML schemas define the required elements, validation rules, and data types for each operation, allowing partner systems to validate requests before submission and ensuring structured and consistent communication between systems.
